Overview- Why take private lessons?

  • Taking private lessons ensures that you are developing your vocal technique, and habits healthfully, appropriately, and skillfully. Whether you are preparing for a musical, building your vocal confidence, or just love to sing, I am here to help you grow! I offer personalized, one-on-one voice lessons tailored to each student’s goals, experience, and musical style. With a bachelor’s degree in music education, 7+ years experience teaching privately as well as a master’s degree in choral conducting in progress, I bring both structure, and creativity to each lesson.

Lessons May Include:

  • Warm-ups that engage the core, target healthy voice projection, and encourage a consistent tone.

  • Breath-work, technique for targeting specific vocal issues, healthful and mindful placement that is age appropriate.

  • Audition prep & callback coaching

  • Song interpretation and storytelling.

  • Tips and tricks for performing specific songs, and then extending this skill to broader repertoire for a healthy belt, chest, mix, and head placement.

30-minute lesson-$40.00

Weekly, recommended for beginners/younger musicians

60-minute lesson-$70.00

Best for teens, and audition prep

Cancellation Policy

  • I respectfully ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

  • Cancellations within 24+ hours’ notice may be rescheduled based on availability.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charge in full, and no make-up will be offered.

  • No-shows will be charged in full.
